CityGuide Mobile consists of three basic components that are easily scaled and expanded for a certain application:

CityGuide Mobile-Client

The mobile client of CityGuide Mobile runs on many java compatible mobile phones and handheld computers, offering the functionalities of CityGuide Mobile, e.g., if you are on your way.

CityGuide Mobile Web-Client

The web client of CityGuide Mobile runs with every standard browser software and offers the functionalities of CityGuide Mobile on a normal desktop computer with internet access.

CityGuide Mobile Server

The server application of CityGuide Mobile manages the communication between the web clients and the mobile devices. The application is based on the Java Servlet technology.

CityGuide Digital Mapping System is an interactive Geographical-Information-System (GIS) coming to your desktop in form of a Java applet.

This product offers the possibility to orientate yourself fast and simple in a city from a desktop computer. E.g., you can find streets and places and access a variety of information.

At present, CityGuide DMS is in use as official city map in the internet in 35 German cities. Furthermore, the product is in daily use at numerous bureaus, agencies and enterprises.

CityGuide 3D enables you to view your city or region from a birds eye view, without having to board an airplane.

For this purpose, a digital altitude model with the corresponding aerial photographs is merged to a virtual landscape in which you can move around absolutely free.
